The "Historic Lakewood" bronze plaque for your home is sponsored by the Lakewood Historical Society.

The 7" x 5" bronze plaque has a black background and brass screws for mounting. Please provide the year your home was constructed, the architect, builder or first homeowner. (If uncertain about year or name, please call the Lakewood Building Department at (216) 529-6270 or the Cuyahoga County Auditor at (216) 443-7010. You must visit both department in person.)

Sample plaque is available for viewing at the Oldest Stone House Museum, 14710 Lake Avenue. Open during Museum Hours: February through November, Wednesdays, 1-4 p.m. and Sundays, 2-5 p.m. Call (216) 221-7343.
